| Penalty Assessments: $1,500 Failure to complete 10 Hr Code Update $1,500 Failure to complete 24 Hr. Cont. Ed. or $62.50 per credit hour. $2,500 Falsified renewal application $100 Failure to produce class certificate You must respond to board order within 30 days, then you have 10 days to pay penalty, or your license will be revoked! Besides paying the penalty you would still need to complete the classes you missed! |
| NOTICE: Any approved course can be used towards your 24 hour requirement. You could take the same course twice even from the same instructor! You could take the 10 hour NEC code update again, and that would also count! Remember: You are allowed to carry over 8 hours to the next renewal period. |
